Old Navy Corporate Event

Old Navy

2025

Working with the new Old Navy brand guidelines and visual direction for their spring season, I created all the visual collateral and branding for a multi-day and multi-venue conference. This project included: environmental graphics, event signage, wordmark, presentation design, and atmospheric animations.

Environmental graphics

Along with apparel activation pods, the gradient graphics for the windows and staircases were highlights of the design scheme

Wayfinding and signage

Freestanding signage was created both for information (such as check in) and for wayfinding (signage directing to restrooms or signage giving event directions)

Apparel pods

The new seasons apparel collections were wet up around the event spaces with a themed window or floor vinyl and a T-stand sign with a short statement about each collection.

Tabletop graphics

Smaller signs were created for tabletop frames. This includes menus for the secondary location. Some of the shapes were die cut to build on the Old Navy branded elements.

Branded objects

There were many attendant touchpoints that were branded including branded swag, name tags and hand held signs that staff used for for directing attendants between events.

Digital collateral

A series of branded animations were created to use as interstitial visual content during conference talks and atmospheric decoration when screens were not in use for event content.

The process

Documenting the collaborative process between clients, vendors, and the partner creatives.
