What is unique about these cookbooks
-
Each cookbook in this series is curated series of recipes in a short format. Each cookbook is a collection of recipes I have adapted from my favorite cookbooks and recipes I have collected from other sources. Cook them all for a large group as a celebration meal or cook them one at a time.

I love to cook and bake as a hobby and have gotten quite good at it learning from cookbooks, internet chefs, and family members. With a graphic design background and a love of bookmaking, I merged my passions for this project.

First, buy fresh vegetables and fruits as locally as you can. Not only does it support farms (which is hard work) but the produce tastes way more vibrant. I go to my local farmers market, but plenty of stores carry quality produce if there isn’t one close by. This may be controversial to some, but I believe that meals should be a balance of produce and proteins and just meat is not a satisfying meal. There are so many reasons to eat more vegetables, including the cost, and any of the positive effects of fresh vegetables.
I also believe that meals bring people together. It crosses boundaries and language to be a shared experience of enjoying meals. Memories are made over food.
